A megrendelő teljesen le volt döbbenve, hogy ez úgy néz ki a torta, mintha a saját kutyájuk lenne, és nem is gondolta volna, hogy ilyen klassz lesz. Én pedig annak örülte, hogy végre nem csokitortát kellett sütnöm.

A Barackos-mascarpone torta elkészítése
28×21 cm-es formában sütjük a piskótát:
- 7 db tojás,
- 140g cukor,
- 170g liszt,
- sütőpor,
- vaníliás cukor
Teljesen hagyományos módon megsütjük a piskótát. Kihűlés után 3 lapra vágjuk, és megtöltjük a krémmel.
Krém elkészítése:
- 500g mascarpone,
- 1 doboz barack konzerv (kevés levével turmixolva)
- 200g habtejszín,
- kb.150-200g főzött zselatin
A mascarponét kihabosítjuk, belekeverjük a barackot, tejszínhabot és a meleg zselatint.
A keretbe töltjük vissza, és hűtőbe tesszük legalább 6 órára. Ezután a kép szerint, mert figyeljük nagyon, kezdődhet a faragás-formázás.
Miután kifaragtuk a formát, vajkrémmel átkenjük, és visszatesszük a hűtőbe.
Burkoljuk tortabevonóval, és elkezdjük kialakítani a szemeit, orrát.
A fülébe szúrjunk fogpiszkálót úgy biztosan megáll majd a fejen.
A lábait bevagdossuk az ujjainál, kis fém eszközzel kialakítjuk a körmeit mindegyik lábán. Itt is nagy segítségünkre van a kép, hogy a kis párnái a talpán hogyan is állnak pontosan.
A farkát fém mintázó eszközzel „megszőrözzük”, tehát vagdosunk bele vonalakat, figyelve az eredetire, mert ahol szőrösebb, ott jobban ki kell dolgozni. (pl.farka, füle, pofájánál)
Ha ezzel megvagyunk, a szemét saját anyagból letakarjuk, de ne nagyon nyomjuk rá, mert utána nem tudjuk leszedni!
Kezdődhet a fújás airbrush eszközzel, vagy a festés, ha nincs gépünk. Először ekrü festékkel fújtam, (ha nincs ilyenünk, akkor a barna festékbe tegyünk fehéret).
Ezután fessünk barna, majd fekete festékkel a legvégén. Itt is igazodjunk a képhez, ott fogjuk látni, hogy hol barnább, hol feketébb a kutya.
Végül levesszük szikével a szem takaró anyagát ,és megfestjük gél festékkel a szemet barnával-feketével. A szeme csillogásához, azaz a fehér részhez, titán-dioxidot alkohollal elkeverünk. Nem kell sok, csak egy pici és megpöttyözzük!
